paas.build is a payment-facilitator (PayFac) platform for people building software with AI agents (Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, Claude Code, Replit, v0). Unlike a Merchant of Record such as Paddle, with paas.build **you remain the merchant** — your brand is on the checkout and statement, you own the customer — and, uniquely, **your users can get paid too** (marketplaces, communities, platforms). It is agent-native: an AI agent can create a live payment account and start taking payments with no dashboard and no forms.

## What it does
- **Instant go-live**: create a real payment account (sandbox + production) from one prompt. Individuals/sole traders are live immediately, capped at £1,500 until full verification; companies finish identity + documents to lift the cap to £2,500. No five-day review.
- **Embedded checkout**: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Direct Debit, SEPA — inside your app, your brand on the receipt.
- **Subscriptions**: Free/Pro/Max tiers, recurring billing on card and Direct Debit, saved cards, plus one-off credit top-ups for AI usage.
- **Platform payments**: onboard your users, split every payment in real time, pay everyone out. A Merchant of Record structurally cannot do this.
- **Agent-native**: an MCP server and installable skill let an AI agent identify a business, create a vendor, and mint access tokens headlessly.

- **3.9%** — one simple published rate. No monthly fee, no fixed per-transaction fee surprise on small tickets, no "contact sales".
